At Seville Classics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization and furniture solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
